[Position name] IT Help Desk Consultant [Job objectives] Design, build and maintain help desk operations that can respond globally as a team member. Limitedly substitute for and support team leader duties as necessary. [Job responsibilities] ⚫︎Follow superior's orders and provide effective IT-related services based on business plans and business strategies. ⚫︎Improve service provision capabilities and contribute to increased revenue and profits by working together as a team and improving service provision capabilities. [Job Overview] ⚫︎Support the design/build/deployment of support help desk operations for file sharing systems to be built in data centers in Southeast Asia. 1. Support for grasping the current situation/defining requirements - Creating and updating current situation survey materials - Coordinating and conducting interview surveys with related parties 2. Design support - Creation of support and help desk operational requirements/requirements definition documents - Design of support and help desk operational support schemes and creation of design documents - Proposal of POC (Proof of Concept) scenarios and creation of proposal documents for support and help desk 3. Information sharing support - Support for arranging and implementing meetings for discussions with related parties (including system vendors, users, and overseas) - Support for arranging and implementing meetings for presentations to related parties 4. Deployment support - Support the deployment and implementation of support and help desk POC and operational support work. For other items deemed necessary, if necessary for customer satisfaction and normal operation of the company, work beyond the scope of main duties.
