In order to expand our business, we are looking for members to join our new business in the US and Europe: 1 Social Media Manager & 1 Visual Content Creator★ [Major Duties] ① Social Media Manager: ● Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement ● Oversee all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc. ● Create content (text, images, videos, etc.) for social media posts and ad campaigns ● Liaise and negotiate with KOLs to collaborate ● Keep up with social media trends and stay up to date to adapt strategies ● Utilize social media analytics to evaluate performance and create insightful reports Other Responsibilities: ● Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer insights ● Provide translation support for some of our Japanese and English content. ② Visual Content Creation: ● UI/Web Design ● Content Creation (Photos, Videos, Images) ★ Create content using design tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc., take photos/videos for short social media content |

[Requirements] *For foreign nationals, applicants must have a working visa in Japan. ①SNS Manager: ●University or vocational school graduate ●At least 1 year of experience in SNS management or a similar role ●Analytical ability to interpret SNS statistics and make data-based decisions ●Communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team ②Visual content production: ●UI/web design experience ●Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or photography/videography skills (for short SNS content) *We look forward to applications from applicants who have experience using at least one of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc.! ●Creative ability in creating visual content and coming up with ideas [Welcome conditions] ●Interest in anime, Japanese cuisine, and culture ●Web design experience with Shopify, etc. ●Speaking Chinese |
