Job Description You will be based in the Tokyo office (approximately 400 employees) of our client, a foreign consulting firm, located in Minato-ku, Tokyo, together with nine other members of our company. You will be working as a general service manager, overseeing all client office support operations, such as reception services and facility management services that we undertake for our clients.
While managing our members, you will be in charge of a team that supports the smooth running of the client's core business, and will be given broad discretion in your work.
This position allows you to utilize your experience in a wide range of areas, such as proposing new services to clients and implementing PDCA cycles to improve operations.
The client also has an office in Osaka, where two of our team members are based, so we would like you to support the members remotely as well.

[Major duties]
- Dealing with client personnel (including English support)
- Practical work and management of our contracted work

Reception, main phone, business trip arrangements, copy service, email service, various reservation management, billing processing, etc.
- Support for printing, printing and bookbinding
- Support for conference room setup
- Support for checking progress of billing work (communication with the Indian team)

- Budget creation, cost management, on-site income and expenditure management
