Our client is a global financial institution that is well-established in Asia. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our passionate creative team. You will be responsible for creative projects in APAC, including but not limited to posters, digital signages, backdrops, brochures, newsletters, event collaterals, and major holiday communications, etc. Project management responsibilities include collecting requirements and creating briefs. You will oversee all aspects of projects, from managing client's expectations to coordinating the completion of projects within time, budget, and scope. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities in the team, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project as required. You will work with other project managers, workflow coordinators, and designers on cross-media projects and ensure branding consistency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ● Closely coordinate with internal resources, stakeholders, and project owners within the creative team ● Gather requirements, deliverables, and timeframes from stakeholders ● Define project scopes, schedules, deliverables, and benchmarks ● Align project objectives with business goals, and monitor the progress of the team ● Perform risk management and related analysis ● Report and escalate to higher management as needed ● Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change ● Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy ● Knowledge of project management processes, workflow, and terminology ● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation ● Ability to function well in a fast-paced (sometimes chaotic) environment under tight deadlines |

● Strong working experience as a Project Manager in financial services ● Agile Project Management experience ● Experience in Project Management documentation ● Communicate key milestones with stakeholders and the team ● Knowledge or experience in print and digital projects ● Willingness to learn new technologies ● Excellent client facing and internal communications skills ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Expert organizational skills ● Proactive attitude ● Strong ability to multitask ● Know the team’s strengths and weaknesses, together and individually ● Plan around the team’s skills to ensure end success ● Adhere to the critical path and have a plan to mitigate issues that invariably arise ● Excellent command of Office 365 Preferred ● PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master ● At least 5 years of relevant professional design experiences in a multi-language environment . English / Cantonese / Mandarin ● Experience in creative agency ● Proficient knowledge of Adobe Suite |
