Through partnerships with other companies, large-scale office construction projects are increasing. [Job content and main responsibilities] As a project manager for new office and store openings, relocations, and renovations, I handle all aspects of management work to meet client needs. Standing on the client company's side, we will play an important role in understanding and sharing the details of plans and various requests, and making various external vendors such as design and construction work effectively, and will be entrusted with the following tasks. ・Provide advice to strategically achieve client needs from the project concept stage ・Establishing success criteria for the entire project, including time, cost, technology and performance parameters ・Planning and ongoing management of quality, safety, health, and environmental issues ・Establishment of effective business management, processes and systems used throughout the project ・Project plan (establishing a specific project plan) ・Advice on resource procurement ・Strive to improve project performance using performance management methods including KPIs ・Management of change management process ・Project expense management and advice ・Manage project status between team and client through regular meetings You will perform the above tasks in support of the director and senior project manager.
