★Paid vacation: 20 days from the first year, sick leave: 5 days ★Hybrid work ★Insentive ★Comprehensive benefits Job Description As a Sales Engineer, you will be part of the sales and marketing function and have the overall responsibility of supporting the Sales team in solutions-selling to prospects and existing customers. You will report to the Country Manager in Japan. Work closely with the Sales team in advancing sales opportunities. Assess clients’ pains and propose solutions to fit clients’ unique needs. Create and deliver powerful, tailored presentations and demos to engage clients. Build visual Proof of Concepts (POC) and lead POC projects to effectively demonstrate value proposition and differentiate from competitors. Collect clients’ technical requirements and support project proposal and onboarding process. Stay on top of market trends within target industries by following news, attending industry events and trade fairs, etc. |

| Job Requirements |
An innovative, resourceful, and flexible self-starter who has: - At least 5 years of working experience in the software/IT/engineering field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within Sales or Customer Success. - Native-level/JLPT 1 Japanese and intermediate-level English communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. A collaborative mindset, as we are a small team, and flexibility to assist with tasks beyond your primary role. High integrity in interpersonal relationships and great work ethic. Preferred qualifications but not mandatory: CAD software skills. - Industry knowledge and network within office furniture, material handling, or space layout. - Experience working in a foreign capital company and/or start-up environment. |
