This position involves managing the progress of the secretariat and judging for overseas judges in the selection process of an international music award, and working with the executive committee and other stakeholders to support smooth communication with overseas judges and the implementation of the judging in Japanese and English. In addition to the multitasking ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and the management ability to manage schedules and tasks in a high-discretion environment, you are also required to have the communication and coordination skills to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and experience in hospitality for judges from a wide range of regions, including VVIPs. You will work with other bilingual staff (2-3 people) under the direction of a producer who will oversee the entire project, but basically you will be responsible for all practical work, including progress management and daily communication with the executive committee. [Job Description] ● Liaison duties for overseas judges ・ Sending mass emails (registration requests - NDA signing - final voting - on-the-day participation information) ・ Responding to individual inquiries and updating FAQs ・ Liaison with the executive committee and the domestic jury secretariat team ● Progress management of overseas judges' judging ・ Schedule management in cooperation with the executive committee and the domestic jury secretariat team ・ Reminding and following up with overseas judges as necessary ● English translation of materials and email templates for overseas judges, and suggestions for revisions (based on Japanese materials and templates provided by the domestic jury secretariat team) *In order to make the expressions sound more natural to native speakers, rather than simply literal translation, expressions that are not in the original text may be added or changed.
