Ahead Group is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for one of our global clients to support efforts in optimizing property management software solutions. This role will focus on configuring software to enhance financial reporting and overall operations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to gather and document accounting requirements, ensuring integration of their business models into the software system. Work closely with development and project management teams to ensure program designs align with client specifications. Maintain strong client relationships by delivering outstanding support and communication. Test and validate financial reports, invoices, and transactions for accuracy and reliability. Protect client information by maintaining confidentiality and building trust. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices through continuous education and professional development. Provide training and support to clients during the implementation of software solutions. |

| Job Requirements |
Required Skills: 3-5 years of experience in property operations, particularly in accounting and lease management. Experience with ERP System Configuration. Proficiency in SQL databases and reporting tools; familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus. Fluent in Japanese (N2) and English for effective communication with clients and teams. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a strategic mindset with critical thinking skills. Desired Skills: Experience with property management software or similar solutions is highly preferred. Knowledge of the property management industry and familiarity with competitors. |
