■ Job Overview You will join as a project manager candidate who will mainly be in charge of consulting work when starting a business targeting wealthy people overseas. ・Products: Domestic real estate (detached houses, condominiums, buildings, commercial facilities, etc.) ・Customers: Wealthy people of foreign nationality from Europe, the US, Asia, etc. (executive managers, investors, elite office workers) *As this is still in the start-up stage, we may entrust you with existing business (overseas real estate sales to wealthy people in Japan) depending on the progress of the business and your individual track record and aptitude. ■ Work image ・Approach to acquire appointments ・Domestic real estate consulting ・Guiding customers on-site ・Contract-related work ・Planning, proposing, and executing to retain existing customers and acquire new customers ・Thorough customer management using CRM, customer success collaboration ■ Sales target ・There is no quota, but it is expected that goals will be set by the team/individual. ■ Educational system and environment after joining the company ・One supervisor will be assigned to train you. ・Onboarding: Input of real estate industry knowledge, property knowledge, etc. + role-playing practice ・Daily meetings: 1-2 months one-on-one ・Estimated time to start working alone: 3-6 months ■ Desired profile ・Someone who can speak English at a business level ・Someone who can empathize with the mission ・Someone who is sincere ・Someone who can approach things with a positive mindset ・Someone who is motivated and takes action ・Someone who is cooperative ・Someone who values impression management ・Someone who has experience being passionate about something ・Someone with an otaku temperament |
