[Job Description] As a producer, you will be responsible for the overall management of technical event production projects (on-site events, hybrid events) for clients, mainly large foreign companies, using your language skills in both Japanese and English! ■Job Description [Producer Duties] 1. Project management and consulting for client video production and event production 2. Schedule and budget management 3. Casting and staffing (technical, operational staff, MC/ performers, security staff, etc.) 4. Logistics management (including equipment, fixtures, decorations, fixtures, F&B, etc.) 5. Working Hours |
■Working hours - Standard working hours: 10:00-19:00 (8 hours a day) - Two days off per week *Basically as per calendar. Subject to event and recording schedules. *Many events take place during the day on weekdays, but if there are events or recordings on the weekends, you will be given compensatory days off. (Weekend events occur about 5 times a year) *Remote work is possible about twice a week. *Peak season: September to December. Long vacations of more than one week are possible during periods of low workload. |
Job Requirements |
[MUST] -Business level English and Japanese (both at a level where presentations and negotiations can be done in English) -5+ years of experience as a production manager or producer in the broadcasting and production industry -Experience using Google Workplace (Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Gmail, Google Slide, Google Spreadsheet, Google Document, etc.) in work -Basic knowledge of production, distribution, broadcasting technology, and audio-visual -Basic knowledge of YouTube channel management and ecosystem (relationships with users, creators, advertisers, etc.) [WANT] -Management experience -Experience in video and event production (director and technician), marketing work -Interest in digital media and SNS platforms -Skills in Adobe Premiere / Photoshop / Illustrator, etc. -Experience using iOS and Windows OS in work |

Monthly salary of 320,000 yen and up + performance allowance *Determined based on experience and skills. *The above includes assumed overtime pay (equivalent to 39 hours per month, 70,000 yen or more).
