[Job Description] As a producer, you will be responsible for the overall management of technical event production projects (on-site events, hybrid events) for clients, mainly large foreign companies, using your language skills in both Japanese and English! ■Job Description [Producer Duties] 1. Project management and consulting for client video production and event production 2. Schedule and budget management 3. Casting and staffing (technical, operational staff, MC/ performers, security staff, etc.) 4. Logistics management (including equipment, fixtures, decorations, fixtures, F&B, etc.) 5. Compliance checks, risk management 6. Document creation (including staff manuals, schedules, scripts, etc.) 7. ■Working hours - Standard working hours: 10:00-19:00 (8 hours a day) - Two days off per week *Basically as per calendar. Subject to event and recording schedules. *Many events take place during the day on weekdays, but if there are events or recordings on the weekends, you will be given compensatory days off. (Weekend events occur about 5 times a year) *Remote work is possible about twice a week. *Peak season: September to December. Long vacations of more than one week are possible during periods of low workload. |
