Job Description |
As a member of the HR department launch team for a global subsidiary, you will be responsible for all HR department tasks, including HR system design, recruitment, education and training, and labor management. You will not be responsible for all tasks on your own, but will be proposing outsourcing and recruiting necessary to carry out the business, and in the future, you will be overseeing the entire business as a HR manager. <Job details> 1. Recruitment From planning to implementing recruitment plans Number of employees hired per year: Approximately 10 people *Mid-career/part-time 3. Education/training From planning to implementing education and training plans necessary for onboarding and skill development 4. Labor Operating all labor-related tasks, such as entry and exit procedures, payroll calculations, and attendance management *The actual work is outsourced to a social insurance and labor office |

Job Requirements |
■ Required skills All of the following are required. ・Experience in HR system design ・Practical experience in HR strategy consulting or in the HR department of a business company (3 years or more) ■ Welcome skills ・Experience in various tasks related to foreign national recruitment and visa issuance ・Management experience ・Accounting knowledge at the second level of bookkeeping (reading numbers in PL/BS is sufficient) ■ Personal profile ・Someone who can carry out the tasks given to them at a high level ・Someone who can enjoy working in a constantly changing environment ・Someone who can understand the backgrounds of diverse employees and work from a global perspective |
