Job Description |
Holiday Inn Kyoto Gojo will be ideally located between Kyoto Station and the cultural heritage and traditional food and beverage district of downtown Kyoto. The 183-room hotel will be completely renovated and, after the rebranding and opening, will feature a lobby lounge and cafe bar, restaurants, banquet facilities, a Japanese-style public bath, and a fitness gym. Customer Service (Lobby or Back Office on phone or email) Assisting guests in their requests, before arrival (reservation) or on-site from arrival to departure (FO). |

Job Requirements |
- Experience in guest services or similar in a hotel environment - Communication skills with guests. - Problem-solving skills to handle requests and issues to ensure that guests leave with a great memory. The ideal candidate will have; - Good communication skills. - Bright, clean, and good impression. - Able to work well with others in a team environment. - Flexible and willing to take on challenges. Languages Ideally able to communicate both in business Japanese and English, other language is a plus. Chinese or Korean is preferred. |

Monthly salary determined according to our company's regulations, taking into consideration work history, interview results, etc. Allowances: Transportation expenses, Annual paid vacation system (after expiration of probationary period) Various education and training programs, IHG accommodation discount system (domestic and overseas), Lunch allowance, 10 days off per month, shift system (8 hours per day, 1 hour break), special leave, wedding leave, bereavement leave, spousal maternity leave, childcare/nursing care leave, etc. are available. 2 bonus based on Company’s results and employee’s performance. |
