Job Description For a variety of projects within the service parts logistics environment:
• Review/Develop warehouse storage concepts and support re-arrangement activities
• Develop layouts of warehouse logistics flows and warehouse space
• Develop processes and procedures to enhance and optimize warehouse logistics operations
• Analyzing the warehouse data, solutioning on improvements on space & productivity and presenting it to respective stakeholders
• Conduct Facility and Process Design reviews to secure approvals
• Specify, procure and oversee installation of equipment associated with warehouse layout and process design
• Investigate new technologies & equipment to improve efficiencies of processes
• Conduct special projects to achieve improved methods, layout and workflow
• Provide training and training documentation to workforce to whom the solution will be deployed
• Bilingual Capability a Must (Japanese and English) QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Production Engineering and/or suitable experience of logistics processes
• 2-4 years of experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal, organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work in a team environment with little supervision
• Ability to drive improvement through change management
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (SAP WM, Blue Yonder WMS, Labor Management Systems, etc.) would be an advantage
• Operational management experience would be an advantage
• Excellent PC skills in MS Excel, MS Access, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO and also AutoCAD

LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Business level Japanese & English is mandatory
