We are looking for a Chef de Partie for the DoubleTree by Hilton Osaka Castle culinary department. You will be working in both the All Day Dining and Banquet kitchens. You will be responsible for training the team and managing the overall culinary operations. -General culinary operations -Preparation, cooking, plating, cleaning up in the kitchen, etc. -Actively working on new menu development -Serving food at the appropriate time in response to customer requests. -Properly storing food in good condition. -Maintaining equipment and maintaining safety and hygiene. -Reducing food waste with the aim of sustainable food etc. |
