[Position] Project Manager (PM) | Employee Substitute [Location] Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid Work: On-site & Remote) [Work Conditions] - Compensation:Negotiable - Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM [Job Description] In this role, you will act as a Project Manager (PM) as an employee substitute for a global pharmaceutical company, leading system development projects. Key responsibilities include: - Managing development vendors (India) - Supporting test execution and implementation - Coordinating and assisting stakeholders, including system and user departments [Required Skills & Experience] - Experience in large-scale commercial system projects - Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry projects - Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) - Experience in system development projects - Proactive and self-driven mindset - Advanced English proficiency (TOEIC 800 equivalent) - Knowledge of Veeva CRM - Open to foreign nationals (Business-level Japanese required) - Strong attendance and work ethics This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to engage in global project management and leverage their expertise in the pharmaceutical industry.
