- Marketing or communications qualifications. - Google Ads and Analytics certification (preferred). - Prior experience in online marketing. - Sales experience (a plus). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. |

- Starting Salary: 4,000,000 JPY/year (negotiable based on experience). - Salary increments twice a year, based on company HR policies and individual performance. - Opportunities for promotion to higher positions based on results and contributions. Bonuses - Summer Bonus (July). - Winter Bonus (December). Benefits - Transportation allowance (up to 25,000 JPY/month) after the trial period. Pension and social insurance (shakai-hoken) covered as per Japanese law. |
