Job Description |
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join Vulcan Shield Global as a Senior Sales Executive for Alumina Continuous Fibre Products. The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales and marketing functions related to alumina continuous fibre products. This role involves implementing strategies to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and enhance brand awareness. The individual in this position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives. General Responsibilities Brand Management and Market Expansion • Implement implements the strategies and vision set out by overseeing the sales and marketing day-to-day tasks to enhance the visibility and reputation of alumina continuous fibre products. • Identify and explore new market opportunities and potential customer segments. • Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers, trade associations, and strategic partners. Sales Strategy • Implement and execute sales strategy for alumina continuous fibre products. • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and sales channels. • Investigate factors impacting sales performance. Marketing Strategy • Implement and execute effective marketing strategies to promote alumina continuous fibre products. • Establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships. • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, needs, and trends. • Define the product positioning, value proposition, and differentiation strategies. • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, trade shows and other promotional activities. Sales Performance and Revenue Growth • Monitor sales performance and track key metrics to achieve revenue targets. • Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. • Execute sales forecasting models, sales plans, and budgets. • Execute comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximise sales opportunities. • Execute sales and distribution policies that reflect the organisation's goals. • Provide input on sales commission structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets. • Support pricing strategies align with profitability goals. Team Leadership: • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team. • Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and facilitate professional development. • Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth. • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales and marketing department. • Ensure effective communication and coordination with other departments, such as production, R&D, and customer support. |

Job Requirements |
Job Experience & Requirements Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Material or Application Engineer or a related field. Experience Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in sales industries for US markets. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the field of alumina continuous fibre products or a related industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and analytical abilities. Familiarity with market research and data analysis techniques. Proficiency in CRM software, sales forecasting tools, and digital marketing platforms. Understanding of manufacturing processes and technical aspects of alumina continuous fibre products is a plus. With the below international sales experience preferred: • Alumina Fiber • U-Silica Fiber • Glass Fiber • Quartz Fiber • Aluminosilicate Fiber • Mullite Fiber • Carbon Fiber • Silica Carbide (SiC) Fiber • Zirconia Fiber • Ceramic Fiber Mobility/Travel Yes, when business requires. Language High level spoken and written English and Japanese Business Level spoken and written Chinese and Korean are a plus |
