Industry-Leading Printing Equipment / Customization to Suit Customer Needs / Direct On-Site Support 【Key Responsibilities】 As an Electrical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving electrical issues with customers' commercial printing machines. You will provide expert advice over the phone and, when necessary, perform on-site repairs to ensure optimal machine performance. 【Job Description】 ・Respond to electrical issues related to the company's high-quality commercial printing machines. ・Offer troubleshooting and advice over the phone to customers facing electrical problems. ・If the issue persists after phone advice, you will visit the customer's site to perform repairs. These repairs primarily involve replacing parts and maintaining wiring. ・If the cause of the issue is unclear, you will liaise with the German headquarters via a dedicated system for support. ・You will have the flexibility to travel directly to customer sites as needed, depending on the job and situation. 【Post-Hiring Training and Development】 ・After joining the company, you will first gain a thorough understanding of the printing machines before specializing in electrical work. This will allow you to gain a well-rounded experience. ・You will receive strong support from senior employees, working alongside them until you can work independently. 【Work Style】 ・The number of company visits is approximately 12 per month, primarily in eastern Japan, though there may be business trips to western Japan too.
