Job Description	[Job Description] As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Introduce and configure Coherix3D sensors and I-Cite software into robotics dispensing systems. Provide training to customers, system integration partners, and distributors. Manage technical drawings, software version updates, and customer-specific scan data. Provide on-site technical support (initial setup, system upgrades, technical problem resolution, etc.). [About Customer Visits] On average, support visits are conducted about three times a month. Remote work is also possible (direct commute is also possible). On-site support will also be required for customers outside Kanagawa Prefecture. [About English] Product specifications will be in English. Meetings will be held with the American department.

Job Requirements	[Required requirements] - Experience in setting up Windows PC software/applications or hardware - Experience in electrical/electronic technical support (in the automotive, machinery, manufacturing, robotics, dispensing, etc. industries) - Ability to travel domestically (approximately 3 times a month) - Business-level English skills (English skills are required to read specifications and participate in training meetings) [Preferred requirements] Knowledge of vision systems, multi-axis robots, adhesive application, etc. ・Networks with Japanese automotive manufacturers
