Job Description |
◆Duties ・ List products from our ZenPlus cross-border e-commerce mall on trending overseas e-commerce sites. ・ Explore potential collaborations with overseas e-commerce sites and malls and negotiate terms. ・Oversee the entire process from product registration to operational management. ・Analyze overseas market trends and competition, and formulate strategic listing plans. ・Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth operations. ・Understand customer needs and maintain an appropriate product lineup. ◆Sample day at work ※Varies between teams 9~10 Morning routine: Arrive at work, get coffee, check-in with the ZenPlus team, catch up with emails 10~11 Research: Analyze overseas market trends and competition, and formulate strategic listing plans. 11~12 Weekly meeting with Sales team and Section Leader (confirm upcoming stores and report on current promotion status) 12~13 Lunch Break 13~15 Global Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential leads interested in collaborating with ZenPlus for product sales. Conduct meetings and negotiate contract terms to establish successful partnerships. 16~17 Operation Management: Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth operations in shipments and grasp customer needs to maintain an appropriate product lineup. 17~18 Wrap up: Check emails and KPI progress, touch base one last time with team members to update on what got done/didn't get done, prepare for tomorrow |

◆Salary ・¥400,000~ per Fmonth(Based on previous experience and ability) ・Bonus twice a year (June and December) ◆Benefits ・Raise once per year ・Transportation Allowance (Up to 30,000 per month) ・ Relocation Allowance of ¥100,000 provided for relocation support 1 month after joining (Must be at least 60KM away from the head office, measured in a straight line) ・Overtime Pay (Paid by the minute) ・Unemployment Insurance, National Health Insurance, Worker’s Accident Insurance ・ Business casual dress code(No suit required) |
