【Recruiting Department】 Asset Management & Trading Departments 【Details about the department】 Asset Management - Responsible for monitoring and technical oversight of ITC’s leased/financed portfolio. Ensuring aircraft condition and maintenance status is tracked and reported within ITC, highlighting concerns accordingly, and coordinating necessary actions with lessees. Trading - Trading and brokerage of aircraft, including ITC’s off-lease aircraft, marketing, sales, and procurement of aircraft on behalf of our customers. 【Role Summary】 -Assist in maintaining robust asset monitoring processes and improving company processes/policies where necessary. -Assist in performing remote assignments such as asset audits, inspections, redeliveries, repossessions, preparations for import/export, preparation for ferry flights, shipping/freight, etc. -Liaison with OEMs, MROs, and other service providers to ensure we have a strong pool of specialist contacts to support ITC during aircraft lease transitions, storage, maintenance, etc. -Improve technical support, verification of technical data, communications, and dissemination of technical information within the company. -Assist with research and analysis of technical data to support aircraft sales and lease negotiations. Participating in negotiations where necessary. -Frequent interface with all customers seeking to support them as necessary with technical-related matters. -Validation of maintenance reserve calculations, verification of amounts owed, and payments to be made to vendors. -Drafting and review of technical language in aircraft lease agreements, term sheets, and similar documents. -Supervision, guidance, mentoring of junior staff, as instructed by the Director, of Asset Management & Trading. -Review of sales and marketing material, with a focus on technical aspects, as prepared by the Trading department of ITC or from other industry sources. -Manage pre-purchase inspection schedules and related procedures for any trading or leasing transaction. -Cost negotiation with MROs, OEMs, parts suppliers, and other service providers. -Analysis of aircraft specifications, maintenance programs/life cycle, optional equipment and the correlation to market value. -Review and validation of reports and data used in third-party aircraft appraisals/valuations. |

Job Requirements |
【Desired Attributes】 -Native-level English essential. Other languages, especially Japanese, are beneficial. -Attention to detail and ability to make precise, efficient reports. -Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, especially considering within a multi-national team. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be a self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision. -Strong negotiation skills including experience in dealing with a variety of jurisdictions/cultures. -A strong command of logic and numeracy. -High proficiency with mainstream computing applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 【Qualifications and Skills】 -Experience of working for a well-established, international aircraft leasing/financing, operating, technical consulting, MRO, or appraisal company. Previous roles in any of these companies must have relevance to ITC’s vacancy. -At least 10 years’ experience of working in an aircraft maintenance environment for an operator or MRO. -Must hold a fixed-wing and/or rotary-wing aircraft maintenance engineer’s license issued by EASA, TCCA, CASA, CAA NZ, or the FAA. -Aircraft/Aerospace Engineering degree or similar university/college aviationrelated education. -Aviation/Airworthiness regulations training and experience, including CAMO. -Understanding of aircraft appraisals/valuations process beneficial. 【Language】 All tasks will be presented in English, and your manager is a native English speaker. Japanese language skills will be highly beneficial. *Candidate with experience of studying or working outside of Japan and with deep understanding of western culture(s) would be essential for this role, due to our customers being based primarily in North America, Europe, and Australia. 【Others】 -ITC will provide sponsorship for the appropriate visa for the right candidate. |

Annual income is to be anywhere between 8 million yen to 10 million yen, subject to negotiation based on the candidate's background, experience, and ability. A candidate whose ability is found to be higher than expected at the time of him/her joining the company may have his/her remuneration reassessed at the end of the probation period with a possible increase.
