If you want to work in such a company, DuPont is the perfect company for you. 【Position overview】 DuPont Japan Group is looking for corporate sales of electronic materials for Japanese companies (Land Japan Operation) in Japan and overseas. The products you will be responsible for are products of DuPont's interconnect solutions business. Manage key accounts, primarily electronics and industrial, to provide technical solutions to customers and end users. Identify and develop sales projects for commercial and development opportunities in the interconnect solutions market. Products in charge: Metallization Riston® Dry Film Packaging Polymers [Duties] • Work with the technical team in Japan to manage accounts for Japanese companies in Japan and overseas. • Deeply understand the technology and needs of key accounts, electronics and industrial customers, or end users. • Manage sales and technical service processes. • Understand potential needs and prioritize sales activities through networking with key accounts and market trends to develop new business. • Communicate with relevant global teams such as business development team, product manager, R&D technical team, and quality team to obtain support and promote projects. • Manage sales and technical service policies and programs to achieve sales and profit targets. • Manage customer relationships: key accounts and electronic/industrial customers - Build and manage relationships with customers with multi-function and multi-layered organizations. - Understand all competitive activity within accounts to prevent churn. - Build professional, long-term relationships with key influencers across the value chain. - Translate key technical customer information (needs/values) into opportunities for DuPont. • Leverage product/application technical knowledge and insights to promote and sell Metallization, Riston (Dry Film) and Packaging Polymers products to meet customer needs. • Leverage market conditions and VOCs to monitor key account demand and set appropriate forecasts. |

Job Requirements |
[Qualifications] ・Undergraduate degree or above ・3+ years of technical/sales/marketing experience directly related to the electronics industry ・Experience in commercializing, introducing, and selling new products ・PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ・Business level English and Japanese skills ・Ability to travel up to 50% of the time [Desired profile] ・Customer-oriented and able to act with a high sense of urgency ・Ability to understand and respond to customer needs and challenges ・Teamwork and communication skills |
