Job Description |
Reporting to the Vice President, ICT, the focus of this role is to lead operations, analyse and implement technical best practices to ensure consistency and reliability across all aspects of ICT. You will be required to liaise with IT resources, study and analyse business processes, identify and implement approved enhancements. This is a unique opportunity to join STACK Infrastructure at the early stages of the business growth in Japan and APAC, a fast-growing global Hyperscale Data Centre provider and leader. Areas of Responsibility: - Assist in policies and procedures to ensure compliance and acting in accordance with the various ICT Standards, Cybersecurity Requirements and Data Protection Regulations. - Be a subject matter expert for Infrastructure – Analyse and recommend potential areas of improvement and drive continual improvement. - Support the Japan users via the APAC Service Desk. - Assist with High Level of ICT Security. - Be hands-on and provide all-round support to the business. - Recommend and execute improvements and solutions. - This role is a very hands-on approach role, and being an all-rounder is essential. |

Must-have Qualifications / Experience: - High level technical knowledge and expertise in the management of IT systems supporting a mobile and geographically workforce. - Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent documentation skills. - Strong technical background. - Excellent Azure cloud services knowledge. - Scripting – PowerShell. - Microsoft Office 365 Administration. - Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration. - Microsoft Windows 11 Pro. - Ability to self-motivate and work independently. - Effective problem solving and decision-making skills. - Confident and effective communication skills. - Travel requirement: 10-15%. - Language: Native Japanese; Secondary English (Business Level - Spoken & Written).
