You will be purchasing precious metal scraps such as waste circuit boards from old PCs and mobile phones from overseas (Europe, America, Asia) resource recovery companies and other business partners. *Overseas business trips are about once or twice a month (1-2 weeks) [Success in a high-growth environmental business] The urban mine recycling market continues to expand as interest in environmental issues and SDGs grows worldwide. In particular, precious metals and rare metals are considered to be scarce and highly valuable, as they are still scarce in Japan, even among developed countries. Amid this, our urban mine recycling business is a "high-growth environmental business" and the demand is increasing year by year. We are not only trading with the United States and Europe, but have also started trading with the Middle East and Southeast Asia, and we plan to expand our business further in the future. There are skills that can be cultivated and challenges that can be experienced precisely because we are in a growth phase with a view to listing on the stock exchange. ◆After joining the company... ◎First, you will be assigned to work as a trade office/sales assistant (for about 1 year). You will learn basic knowledge by creating documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.) for importing purchased resources into the country. You will also learn about the industry and company, trade flows, and sales styles by supporting sales staff as a sales assistant. ◎You will gradually be accompanied by senior employees on overseas business trips such as exhibitions and supplier visits, and gain a wide range of experience in purchasing and negotiation methods. ◎You will gradually work independently. You will be able to work with discretion, so please make full use of your English and communication skills! 【Overseas business trips are about 1-2 times a month】 After acquiring knowledge of our business and the industry, you will be entrusted with overseas business trips on your own. You will travel to various countries, mainly in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, for 1-2 weeks to share information with local business partners and develop new business. We aim to have employees start their careers one year after joining the company, but if we feel that they have the motivation and ability, we may assign them to overseas business trips at an earlier stage, even if they are inexperienced. With experience, you can be stationed overseas in as little as three years!
