Job Description |
[Mission] Sales of rebar processing machines, development and training of sales agents [Specific job duties] - Visiting local users (mainly large and mid-sized local general contractors, steel manufacturers, and steel trading companies) - Proposals regarding factory layout, optimal machine combinations, factory operations, etc. - Finding and training local agent candidates (on-site visits + web conferences) - Researching the local market (on-site research + domestic document research and visits to related parties) - Group discussions regarding each of the above items - Information exchange with support organizations such as JICA and JETRO You will be fully entrusted with the work listed above in your assigned area, so you will be able to demonstrate a great deal of autonomy. On the other hand, we have a deputy person in addition to the main person, and by solving problems as a whole department, we prevent you from being isolated or having to take on work alone! [About business trips] There are business trips to Southeast Asia once or twice a month. Each business trip will result in a delay of about one week. |
