Job Description |
◆Duties Include Digital & Print Design: ・Create effective banners for online ads, across different platforms. ・Create appealing social media posts to promote our services and Japanese products. ・Create presentations and pamphlets for B-to-B events. Web Design & Development ・Design responsive web pages that align with brand aesthetics and marketing goals. ・Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to code landing pages and email templates. ・Ensure compatibility across different devices and browsers ・Make edits to the backend coding of our Silverstripe CMS system for landing page creation. Collaboration: ・Work closely with our marketing and media production teams to ensure cohesive design. ・Collaborate with other designers in our team to meet project timelines. ◆Example Day at Work 9~10 Morning routine: Arrive at the office, grab coffee, and review the day’s agenda. Check emails and Slack messages for requests or changes to schedule. 10~10:30 Catch up: Every few days, have a short meeting within the team to share updates on workload and task progress. 10:30~12 Workflow Kickoff: After meetings and gaining a clear understanding of this week's workflow, return to your desk and settle in for the day. Begin by tackling the most urgent tasks with focus and efficiency. 12~13 Lunch Break: Enjoy lunch in our office's break room or eat outside the office with your team or other coworkers. 13~14 Focus Block: Work on tasks such as design or coding, depending on the needs at the time. If necessary, participate in meetings with clients who submitted design requests with team members. 15~17 Extended Focus Time: Continue with design or coding tasks based on current priorities. Dedicate extra time to reference web design collections or review relevant articles. 17~18 Wrap up: Tidy up your workspace, chat with your team, respond to any remaining emails or messages, and prepare for tomorrow. |
