Job Description ★Responsible for developing companies that will introduce foreign talent under the [Specified Skills System], a growing industry, and matching companies with talent★
You will be in charge of corporate sales to introduce foreign talent under the [Specified Skilled Worker], which is a means of resolving the labor shortage in Japanese companies.
You will develop new companies that want to hire foreign talent, match them with the job openings, and support them from interviews to job offer acceptance.
As we are in the launch phase of a registered support organization as a new business, we are looking for the first member to be in charge of corporate sales.

◆Responsibilities
1. New business development sales
You will propose the hiring of foreign talent under the [Specified Skills System] to companies in specific industries that have a labor shortage problem.
You will acquire companies to negotiate with through telephone sales from the list and participation in industry networking events.

2. Business negotiations and interviews about the job content
You will conduct business negotiations such as visits and interviews about the recruitment needs of companies.
You will create a job posting based on the interviews.

3. Matching with foreign candidates
We will search for talent registered on our own recruitment platform or our group's Indonesian subsidiary, and recommend talent that matches the job offer to the company.

4. Support until selection and acceptance of job offer
We will arrange interviews with the company and support you until the job offer is accepted after the interview.

◆What is [Specified Skilled Worker]?

"Specified Skilled Worker" is a new residence status that was established in 2019 to allow foreign talent to work in Japan with the aim of resolving the labor shortage.

In 16 fields facing serious labor shortages (e.g. nursing care, food service, manufacturing, etc.), foreign talent who can work as an immediate asset can be employed.

Our company mainly introduces foreign talent, mainly Indonesian talent, to companies in the basic materials, industrial machinery, electrical and electronics, and information-related manufacturing industries, food and beverage manufacturing, and nursing care industries in the northern Kanto area.

-Sales experience for technical intern trainees at a technical internship management organization or sales experience for specific skilled workers
-Experience in accepting and managing foreign human resources

Description
