A group of specialists who evaluate, grant rights, enforce rights, and resolve disputes for companies' intellectual property with strategy and speed. ■Responsible for planning and executing strategies across all areas related to intellectual property, including patent applications/acquisitions/infringement lawsuits/licensing. We are looking for someone who can work uncompromisingly to help clients win cases based on diverse information. Details Responsible for preparing documents to be submitted to the Patent Office and courts in relation to strategy execution, and for oral arguments in court. High-level abilities are required, including legal knowledge, knowledge of cutting-edge science and technology, logical thinking skills, and the ability to see the essence of inventions. We receive many requests for cutting-edge research results and inventions from major companies/universities/research institutions around the world, so please contribute to global business development through your work. [Required] - Patent attorney qualification - 3 years or more practical experience in patent-related work As the work is broad, you will need specialist knowledge in the intellectual property field as well as a sense of balance in managing schedules and tasks. In order to protect the rights that are directly linked to the client's performance and profits through documents and arguments, convincing writing skills and speaking skills are also important qualities. Please work as a specialist who has a sense of responsibility and mission to help clients win while strictly adhering to all legal restrictions throughout your work. - Language: Advanced English |
