Job Description [HR Talk]
We are hiring a candidate to handle Casino customer marketing and services at INSPIRE Entertainment Resort Casino. We prefer candidates who have a background in hotel or service-related fields and are proficient in Japanese or a second foreign language (English). Although entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, those with internship or practical experience in related fields will be given preference.

[Position Summary]
The casino Services Agent is responsible for driving Casino revenues through the execution of Sales, Guest Service Initiatives, Managing Loyalty Membership and the on-going development of key contacts.

[Primary Duties and Responsibilities]
*Guest Relations / Business Development
• Provides 5 star+ service to support the Regional Sales teams and to walk-in guests.
• Working alongside VIP Services and Customer Care Centre, arranges every element of the Guests trip including travel, accommodation, local transportation, F&B and Resort amenity reservations and casino program management and settlements.

*Loyalty Operations
• Provide rewards and promotions quickly and accurately to members eligible for membership benefits, maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Casino membership registration and entry management (verification of membership eligibility and nationality documents, etc.)
• Promotion/event operation and support (distribution of tickets, prizes, etc.)

Inspire Entertainment Resort is located just 15 minutes by car from Incheon International Airport's Terminal 2, which is establishing itself as a global hub airport. It is within 1.5 hours flight distance from major cities like Beijing, Shanghai, and Tokyo, and within 3 to 4 hours flight from Hong Kong and Taiwan, offering optimal accessibility to key cities in Northeast Asia. Additionally, it is about an hour’s distance from downtown Seoul, making it a convenient travel destination for locals as well.

[Physical Demands and Work Environment]
• Office & Operational Work Environment
• Be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.
• Based on Operational requirements, be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.
Working Hours • Regular Working Time: 8 hours per day inclusive of 1 hour recess time

[Minimum Education and Qualifications]

1. Mandatory
• Excellent English, Korean, Chinese or Japanese written and communication skills (based on assigned role and team).
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Attention to detail, organized and plans his/her time accordingly to ensure deadlines are hit.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters.
• Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information classified as confidential.
• Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests

2 Nice to have
• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, Business, or other related fields preferred but not essential.
• 1+ year of hand-on experience in Casino Integrated Resort Business Development and Guest Service requirements within Asia preferred
• Entry level positions also available for candidates displaying guest service and sales capabilities
