Job Description Ahead Group is looking for a Front-End Engineer with UI/UX Design Experience to join a globally distributed team. This role involves translating business requirements into Figma designs and implementing them in the front-end components of online web services. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development skills, a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, and experience in performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop user-facing web applications.
Write software with good observability, test coverage, and follow coding best practices.
Contribute to UI/UX design and optimization.
Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of production systems.
Define and review performance, capacity, and scalability requirements.
Perform peer code reviews.
Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into UI and technical designs.
Work effectively within a diverse, global team.
Be accountable for QA, SRE deployment, and release processes.

Requirements		 Required Skills:

5+ years of professional development experience, including at least 3 years as a front-end developer.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience in JavaScript or TypeScript and at least one JavaScript framework such as Vue or React.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs.
Experience in web page performance optimization.
1+ year of UI/UX design experience, utilizing tools like Figma and UI workshops such as Storybook.

Desired Skills:

Fullstack development experience.
Experience with Kubernetes.
Cloud-native development experience.
Experience developing user-facing web or dashboard UIs for e-commerce or B2C applications.
