Job Description |
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bank's products and services with a focus on customer acquisition and retention. • Develop marketing plans and strategies for business growth for the Tokyo and Osaka branches (acquiring deposits, developing loan customers) • Develop strategies to acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers, and identify potential markets and customer segments • Coordinate promotional activities such as seminars, campaigns, and customer events • Create and manage marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, and website content • Monitor market and competitor trends, and identify business opportunities • Establish the bank's brand message and image in Japan • Develop and implement online marketing strategies including social media and email marketing • Coordinate loans (including syndicated loans) to Japanese corporations |

Job Requirements |
Required qualifications: 5+ years experience working at a financial institution (knowledge of deposits and loans) English proficiency TOEIC 700 or higher Able to converse in English with Indian superiors. Able to hold meetings and write emails in English. |
