Job Description [Introduction]
We are seeking motivated sales professionals to join our team and drive growth in web and mobile application solutions for the hospitality industry!
This position primarily focuses on tasks with our Sales team and offers opportunities to showcase your experience and sales success. We are looking for someone who is energetic and goal-oriented to join who will be responsible for finding leads, reaching out to potential clients, and closing deals to help hit our sales goals.

[Job Responsibilities]
・Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
・Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
・Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.
・Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve sales quotas.
・Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Customer Service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
・Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
・Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates as required.

Requirements
[What We’re Looking For]
・Someone who enjoys communicating with different people.
・A person eager to learn new things.
・Someone who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
・A team player with strong collaboration skills.
・An analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

[Required Skills and Experience]
・2-7 years of sales experience, ideally 1-5 years in the hotel industry
・Experience in outside sales, lead generation, cold calling, networking, and full sales cycle management
・Proven track record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding targets
・Great communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
・Comfortable working solo and as part of a team
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office

[Preferred Experience and Skills]
・A degree in a relevant field and/or relevant certifications
・Energetic and goal-oriented Sales Representative
・Experienced in finding leads, reaching out to potential clients, and closing deals to help hit our sales goals.
・Great communication skills
・Excellent at building relationships with customers
