| Job Requirements |
2-3+ years experience of a mix of interface and brand design. Native (J+PT N1)) Japanse and Business Level English Proficiency in design software including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace. Outstanding presentation and written communication in both Japanese and English. Passion for innovation and craft as well as experimentation with technology. Motion skills are a plus. Are a design fundamentalist that knows the rules, but knows how to bend and break them to create innovative solutions. Have impeccable craft with an eye for detail and a contemporary design style. Embrace challenges and new methods of thinking. Simultaneously thinks about the big picture and the micro-level details. Deeply collaborative and embraces working with a mix of disciplines. |
