Job Description |
Position Summary: The role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing and paid media strategies for all Monster Energy Company brands, and potentially other assigned markets across Asia. The mission is to ensure Monster’s bold, disruptive brand culture is authentically represented online, while driving consumer engagement and business impact. Essential Job Functions: - Develop and implement integrated digital marketing and paid media strategies across platforms, aligned with brand objectives and local market needs. - Lead day-to-day campaign planning, execution, and optimization across key paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, X/Twitter). - Support media strategy and campaign execution in assigned markets, ensuring timely delivery, optimization, and performance analysis of paid digital campaigns. - Oversee local organic and paid social media presence, including content calendar development, community management, and performance monitoring. - Manage digital deliverables for streamers and ambassadors, ensuring brand alignment and tracking performance on earned and paid media. - Support local marketing teams in developing promotional microsites and landing pages, ensuring compliance with Monster Energy’s global digital guidelines. - Collaborate with global and regional teams to localize web content, maintain product listings, and highlight local Events, Athletes, Ambassadors, and Streamers. - Work alongside the Analytics team to deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with actionable insights and media performance highlights. - Lead digital content curation and copywriting for organic and paid media channels. Extract content insights to continuously improve digital performance and inform creative direction. - Keep up to date on the latest media trends, emerging media and the holistic media landscape. Stay connected to the media marketplace and develop relationship with media vendors. Support e-Com efforts with media campaigns that will help drive and measure sales. |

Job Requirements |
Position Requirements: - Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Marketing or related field - Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or media, ideally within consumer goods, lifestyle brands, or media/advertising agencies. - Computer Skills Desired: Advance user of Microsoft Office, Project Management Software is a plus (Air table/Click up). - Preferred Certifications: Hands-on experience with digital platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Certification is a plus. Programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, and content marketing is a plus. - Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Solid grasp of lifestyle marketing, sponsorships, digital activations, event integration, and influencer strategy. Strong understanding of evolving digital and social media trends, with the ability to adapt content to emerging formats and audience behaviors. Fluent in English. Strong verbal and written communications skills. |
