You will be assigned to the Kumamoto Sales Office and will be engaged in dispatch sales as a leader position, mainly for foreign engineers. As the productive labor force is decreasing due to the declining birthrate and aging population, which is a social issue in Japan, this job will create jobs by sourcing human resources from overseas, and will contribute greatly to society. Many of the applicants are inexperienced in the industry, so we look forward to applications from those who want to use their language skills to build a career as a global talent. <Specific job content> Sales: Telemarketing, emails, exhibition participation, job interviews 1) As a new/deep-deep sales, listen to the potential needs of existing clients 2) Job seeker search and screening, interviews 3) Proposal to customers and adjustment of conditions 4) Entering information into the internal system 5) Support for engineers to join the company ☆ You can gain global business experience by attracting skilled engineers who want to work in Japan on a global scale and supporting Japan's excellent technical capabilities. ☆ The number of foreign employees is increasing in Japan's labor market.
