Job Description |
As a newly established department, you will be engaged in consulting sales in the IT field. You will provide solutions to clients in the following three areas. ① Staffing/introduction in the IT field (engineers) ② Offshore development (offshore destination: India) ③ System sales expansion (comprehensive shrine affairs system for shrines) ●Specific work content ・Development and interviewing of new clients → Developing a list of potential clients (telephone appointments/emails) ・Proposing and following up on personnel ・Contract handling (dispatch/introduction/contract work/contract, etc.) ・Accepting new engineers coming to Japan/life support ☆This position allows you to gain experience in a wide range of areas, including personnel proposal sales, mainly focusing on the sales expansion of shrine affairs systems. ☆Incentives will be provided when new developments occur or new engineers start working. Incentives: Paid five times a year *FY2023 payment results: 60,000 yen per payment (average for all company sales) |
