Job Description The Customer Support Advisor (CSA) handles inquiries and complaints from customers using the online payment service.
CSA will be your primary contact team and support you through a variety of communication channels such as phone, email and chat.
A consulting approach, such as understanding your current and future needs, presenting solutions first, negotiating to benefit you and our clients, and following up by email as needed. You will build a meaningful relationship with our customers.
