【Role Overview】 As our HR & GA Lead, you'll play a central role in shaping our company culture, managing HR processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a significant impact, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with us! ■Job Responsibilities: ◇HR Assistance: ・Support payroll, social insurance, and interview scheduling ・Prepare data and create documents ・Ensure HR policies comply with local laws and internal company guidelines ・Independently plan, propose, and manage all stages of the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, assignment, evaluation, retirement, etc.) ◇General Affairs & Executive Assistance: ・Manage contract approval processes, including stamping and electronic signatures, and maintain contract files ・Provide executive support to the CEO/COO ・Oversee office supplies management, including stationery, refreshments, and event-related expenses ・Handle phone calls and greet visitors ・Maintain office facilities, meeting rooms, and ensure security (e.g., locking up) ・Manage office equipment for new hires and departing employees ・Conduct background checks, vendor registrations, and process invoices using cloud tools ・Assist with overseas visitors, including hotel reservations and other needs ・Coordinate mail, courier, and delivery services ■Work Location 2-1-18 Shibata, Kita-ku Nishihankyu Building 1F Osaka 530-0012 Japan |
