You can utilize your English skills ◆A company where even young people can work with discretion [Position overview] DuPont Japan Group is hiring a supply chain planner (Distribution Requirements Planner) to create SKU replenishment plans using demand forecasts and orders at the SKU (product by location) level. This position is responsible for controlling the distribution of finished products to the right locations, at the right time, and in the right amount while maintaining appropriate inventory levels. [Job description] ・Analyze demand during daily lead times, identify abnormal demand patterns, and verify the causes with sales and marketing teams and customers. ・Set SKU inventory levels, locations, and safety stocks by customer or warehouse to support desired customer service levels while maintaining cost-effective levels of people in the supply chain. · Execute phase-in and phase-out plans for SKUs in collaboration with customers, sales, or marketing. · Maintain relationships with Master Production Scheduler and Logistics Specialists to ensure integration with other supply chain processes. Synchronize Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) periods with Master Production Scheduling. · Review and act on plan exception messages from daily resource re-planning. Reschedule open orders where possible and coordinate with Demand Manager to manage demand when supply is insufficient. · Manage master data for distribution/deployment network. · Release STOs in a timely manner. · Monitor, analyze, and suggest corrective actions: ODR, ODP, OFLT. · Communicate production issues, supply changes, deviations from plan, and solutions to sales and marketing teams. · Analyze customer order patterns and validate customer or warehouse wise demand forecast for each SKU in collaboration with Marketing/Product Manager, Sales, and Customers. |

Job Requirements |
