Job Description	[Mission] We run a service (www.toki.tokyo) that allows foreigners visiting Japan to experience authentic culture/travel. We create cultural experiences with craft artisans and traditional culture practitioners from all over the country, and provide new travel experiences to overseas VIPs and corporations using our own travel tools. [Job Description] Arrangements for Japanese cultural experiences and travel planning ■Guide-related work ・Arrange and manage guides for each case ・Guide recruitment interviews ・Plan and implement training for guides ・Create and edit manuals and scripts for guides ・Invoice guide-related costs ・Organize data related to the guide system, etc. ■Arrangements for Shinkansen, hire cars, and tickets ・Share arrangements and arrangement status within the company, etc. ■Relationship work with craftsmen and traditional experience sites ・Coordination and management ・Building relationships, including greetings The above work will be shared with our coordinators. Working Hours	10:00~18:00 *Flexible and core time available -Core time 10:30~17:00 (7 hours working, 60 minutes break) -On-site and email correspondence outside working hours may occur. -During busy periods, you may be required to work on weekends or work overtime. (Compensatory leave available)
