Job Description |
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating effective communication between Niseko Village and its clients. Your responsibilities will include answering client inquiries, preparing sales-related documents, and ensuring clients have a positive experience. You will also support the Sales & Marketing team with general office tasks and brand promotion efforts. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills are essential for success in this position. Job Requirements |
Must-Have Qualifications: Ability to perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying). Ability to prepare sales-related documents (e.g., proposals, contracts, banquet event orders). Ability to promote brand awareness and gather materials for information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials). Ability to use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty. Ability to enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties). Ability to answer guest questions about property facilities/services. Ability to serve as a point of contact for clients and communicate effectively via phone and email. Ability to follow company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, and protect company assets. Ability to welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, and express appreciation. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and use proper telephone etiquette. Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support teamwork. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 10 pounds. Possess knowledge of OPERA (Hotel Reservation Management system) and have one year of reservation management experience. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate would possess all the must-have qualifications and ideally meet the preferred qualifications. In addition, they would demonstrate: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service orientation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Salary negotiable based on experience! Dormitory-style housing, where you can feel the community at Niseko Village! Education Training Social Insurance Free 24 hour Onsen! Free Transportation from the dorm to the Resort Meal Allowance of 500 yen per day, set to increase in the coming months! Yearly salary increase and bonus (depending on performance of the hotel.) |
