| Job Description |
to help assist a group of University Faculty and Staff from the US during their trip in Japan. The staff assistant will support the faculty and staff through their daily itinerary and assist with ensuring the smooth and timely execution of the daily schedule. Assist group with airport transfers, accommodation check-ins and check-outs, entry into planned activities, logistical assistance, and health and safety needs as well. Staff needs to be present, not as a guide but be present or on-call, with the group as they travel in Japan to different cities during their program, for inquiries and emergencies as well. |

Requirements: Language: Japanese fluency; Good English business level Hospitality or experience in guiding or assisting visitors in Tokyo and/or Japan preferred Positive and cheerful personality High energy and ability to handle the physical demands of traveling around with a group Able to handle logistical issues well |

In addition to salary, all program-related transportation and program itinerary expenses covered. Local transportation to and from local residence to daily itinerary locations covered. An expense stipend is also added. Salary: 420,000 JPY Plus Stipend: 100,000 JPY Plus local transportation fees Position can lead to more or extended project contracts or may lead to long-term employment opportunities. ※This is a fun and enjoyable position where you can engage with University students and enjoy and assist with Japanese cultural activities and experiences. |
