Job Description 【Responsibilities】
- Server Administration/Operation tasks 70%
1. Various administration/operation tasks on Windows Servers (Hyper-V, Citrix, SCCM, Active Directory, AWS, etc.).
2. Continuously monitor the stability and effectiveness of the IT server infrastructure and analyze results to plan improvement and enhancement by utilizing global tools.
3. Adequate reporting and escalation to manager.
4. Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including diagrams, standards, and procedures.
5. Work with customers, vendors, and other teams.
6. As a level 2 support, handle technical escalation issues from users or other teams.

Requirements		 Requirements:
1. Over 2 years of experience in administering Windows Servers.
2. Familiarity with Hyper-V, Citrix, SCCM, and Active Directory is advantageous.
3. Holding Microsoft certifications is highly beneficial.
4. Strong skills in planning, organizing, decision-making, and problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to various situations
5. Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure.
6. Prior experience in similar business environments (Retail, Wholesale, Logistics, etc.) is a plus.
7. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, in Japanese and English (frequent discussions or meetings with global IT colleagues).
