Job Description | Coordinate with team of Sales Manager, Area Sales Managers and other departments to achieve ambitious business targets and expansion goals • Achieves monthly and annual sales plans (by model and dealer) • Appropriately provides effective guidance to dealers in the assigned district conducive to the achievement of sales volume and revenue targets taking KTM Japan (In all KTM, Husqvarna Motorcycles and GASGAS Brands) basic annual policies into account • Participates in the formation of an annual sales plans for Japan based on the basic annual policies of the division • Achieves rate of return targets for dealers in Japan • Appropriately offers proposals to the Management for the improvement, elimination or relocation of low performance dealers • Participates in the creation of campaigns and promotional ideas to increase sales • Participates in the creation of discount proposals for the attainment of wholesale goals while supporting dealer retails • Tracking of sales numbers (wholesale and retail) and budgets • All other duties and responsibilities that are reasonably assigned by the employer or its designer |
