Job Description |
[Mission] Plan, execute, and manage events for consumers (new product launches / new product previews / collaborative events with various vendors) in cooperation with each department. Aim to increase awareness of the ASUS brand (consumer PCs, gaming PCs, smartphone products, etc.) and hold valuable events to increase effective sales leads. [Job Description] -Plan and execute launches and previews in line with the new product roadmap -Plan and execute overseas (Taiwan) tours for customers and media that will be held once or multiple times a year -Execute and manage various collaborative events -Plan and execute events for the education industry (in cooperation with the sales team) -Scrutinize and analyze information obtained from events, and support the creation of useful leads for sales -Payment applications associated with event implementation, etc. The image is that seminars and events for consumers and various small and medium-sized agents and resellers or collaborative events will be implemented in cooperation with PR and sales teams, with an annual schedule and priorities. (You may also be in charge of large-scale events for overseas tours and the education industry.) Events involving construction may be given a higher priority. -Before the event (preparation, liaison with vendors) ->Selection of the event venue -Planning the event agenda -Operation team/organizational structure -Supervision of the product experience (touch and try) location/supervision of product introduction slides -During the event (operation on the day and checking for improvements) ->Execute with ownership (person in charge/giving instructions) -After the event (lead management and summary of improvements) ->Internal reporting - effect measurement - reflection meeting - reporting of improvements -Payment processing after the event *Customer service and product guidance are expected to be handled entirely by sales staff. *Large-scale and high-priority events are expected to occur about four times a year, and medium-scale events about twice a year. This may increase depending on the situation. *Events are mainly held offline. |

Job Requirements |
