★You will be responsible for proposing and selling project management services for office relocation and renovation projects to clients, mainly foreign-affiliated companies. Accurately understand the client's issues and needs, and utilize our services and expertise to provide optimal solutions. [Required knowledge and experience] ■Japanese: Business level (internal and external communication and document creation skills) ■English: Daily conversation to beginner business level (TOEIC score of 700) ■Sales and project work experience at a major interior design and construction firm (3 years or more) ■Practical experience in proposal sales to corporate clients ■Basic knowledge of the architecture, interior, real estate, and PM industries [Preferred] ■Work experience with foreign companies ■Understanding office construction and relocation projects ■Experience working in a team and coordinating with multiple departments ■Architecture and interior related qualifications (e.g. first-class and second-class architects, interior coordinators, etc.) [Desired personality] ■Someone who can think from the customer's perspective and build trusting relationships ■Someone who has logical thinking and presentation skills ■Someone who can learn on their own and adapt flexibly to change ■Someone who is interested in multicultural and diverse environments |
